Swansea City manager Graham Potter has hinted that Andre Ayew could make a permanent switch to Turkish side Fenerbahce.

Ayew joined the Yellow Canaries on a season-long loan deal from Swansea City following the side's relegation from the English Premier League last term.

The 29-year-old has been outstanding for the Istanbul-based outfit despite the club's struggles in the Turkish top-flight.

He is the club's top scorer with four goals in 14 league matches and reports indicate that he could make his loan switch permanent during the January transfer window.

"I don't want to get into talks on money and finance because things can change very quickly," Potter said, as reported by the BBC.

"I'm not surprised Fenerbahce would be interested in taking Andre and that's between the clubs to come up with something that is beneficial for everybody."

"But it's not something I've devoted too much time to, apart from being aware he's a player on loan and it's a flexible situation."
