According to latest TMW rumours, Brazilian centre-back Vitor Hugo (28), while having been close to join Besiktas, is now about to join Palmeiras. Rubronegro are grabbing him on an about 4.5 million euros transfer fee, while Hugo is going to earn a 1.8€m annual salary.
