Two male national teams were conferred State Honors on Friday by Ghana President John Evans Atta Mills.
The Black Stars, 2010 Nations Cup silver medalists and 2010 World Cup quarter-finalists, were decorated with the Companion of the Order of the Volta.
The technical and management members picked the Grand Medal.
The 2009 Under-20 World Cup winning team, the Black Satellites, were decorated with the Member of the Order of the Volta.
Head coach Sellas Tetteh also received the same award.
