Samuel Owusu had a mixed match for Al Fayha SC after registering an assist and getting his marching orders in their 4-1 defeat Al Nassr in the Saudi Arabian top-flight league on Saturday.
Owusu picked out Ronnie Fernandez with a smart cut-back pass to power home the opener in the 11th minute.
Al Nassr FC however came from behind in the last 45 minutes to score four goals courtesy Sultan Al Ghanam and a hat-trick from Abderrazak Hamdallah.
The Ghana international was sent off on the stroke of halftime.
He took to his twitter handle to express remorse over the red card incident and promised never to repeat that again.
