WAFA kid Aminu Mohammed is on trial at English Premier League side Manchester City, Ghanasoccernet.com can exclusively reveal.

The talented forward has returned to the City Football Academy (CFA) training facility to seal his move from the Ghana Premier League side.

Mohammed missed the African U17 Championship in Gabon early this year during his first trip to England.

He is expected to join Ghana's U17 squad in Europe for preparations for the 2017 FIFA U17 World Cup in India.

''Aminu Mohammed will join us in Europe. He is one of the two players who will join us when we arrive in Europe. He’s currently having trials at Manchester City,'' Ghana U17 coach Paa Kwesi Fabin told Ghanasoccernet.com.

Mohammed will now join Ghana's U17 side as they prepare for the World Cup in October and if he excels at the tournament in India he could get the special talent visa to enable him play in England.

The talented star missed the African U17 Championship in Gabon early this year after he was targeted by unscrupulous agents who wanted to steal him from WAFA during the Black Starlets camping ahead of the competition.
