We are not afraid of Hearts of Oak- Aduana Stars coach W.O Tandoh

Head coach of Aduana Stars W.O Tandoh has sent a strong warning to Ghanaian giants Hearts of Oak ahead of their big clash on Sunday. 

The two times Ghana Premier League champions host the Phobians on Sunday in match day 9 of the season.

And ahead of the big game, the experience gaffer made clear the intentions of the 'Ogya Boys.'

"Playing against Accra Hearts of Oak is a special game and must be treated as such," he told Ash FM.

"We are not afraid of Hearts of Oak," he added. "We are the defending champions of the Ghana premier league and wants to defend the title once again and in doing that, there is a saying if you want to be the best,you must beat all the best and we know Hearts of Oak is one of the best clubs in Ghana so we have to beat them."

Aduana Stars shockingly lost to Ebusua Dwarfs in midweek 3-1, with leading goal scorer Yahaya Mohammed netting his sixth goal of the campaign.

Coach Tandoh is confident the inform attacker will add another to his tally against the Rainbow club.

"Yahaya Mohammed is a player I've known for a long time, I've worked with him back at Amidaus Professionals Tema and I can assure you he is going to score against Hearts of Oak on Sunday," he said.
