Crystal Palace striker Connor Wickham has put pen to paper on a new contract extension which will keep him at Selhurst Park until June 2021.
The 26-year-old former Sunderland star is relieved to have been handed a new deal after enduring a series of injuries in the last two years.
Wickham missed the second half of the 2016/17 campaign and the whole of the next season with a cruciate knee ligament injury.
He only featured in eight appearances this term because of groin and calf problems.
"It meant a lot that the club backed me after such a serious injury and I hope I will be able to repay that faith shown in me," said Wickham.
"I'm pleased to have got everything sorted, so I can now fully focus on working my way back into the team during pre-season and the upcoming campaign.
"I hope I will be able to show that when fully fit I am capable of playing a key part."
Wickham has scored 10 goals in 42 appearances for the Eagles since joining the club from Sunderland four years ago in an £8million deal.
Sunderland are 10/11 to beat Charlton in the League One play-off final.
