Striker Ebenezer Assifuah is hogging the headlines in Switzerland after he scored four times in a U21 game for FC Sion as they brushed aside Etoile Carouge FC 5-2 on Wednesday night.

The 19-year-old scored all first three goals of the game before setting up the fourth and later wrapping up the victory after Etoile had pulled two back.

Assifuah is yet to feature for the Sion first team squad in the Super League since his switch last month but has sat on their substitute bench twice, the latest coming in the 1-0 away win over Aarau.

But after failing to grind some playing minutes on Saturday, the former Liberty Professionals man took his chance on Wednesday night to send a strong message to Michel Decastel, the Sion manager, that he is the right man to deliver the goals as he scored four goals.

Sion's main team have just once in six league games and their goal drought is set to end if the 2013 FIFA U20 World Cup Golden Shoe winner is handed some playing time.
