Canada have handed a call-up to Ghanaian defender Nana Attakora-Gyan for their upcoming international friendly with Jamaica, GHANAsoccernet.com can confirm.Â
Attakora, 25, has six career appearances (two starts) for Canada, who he has represented at almost every international level.
The New York-born central defender is now a team-mate of Ghana full-back Samuel Inkoom at D C United who signed for the club on Friday.
Inkoom joins Nana Attakora and Kofi Opare who both play at D C United and have been capped by the Canada national team.
