Ghana winger Christopher Antwi-Adjei says he is proud of his SC Paderborn teammates following their 2-0 victory against SC Freiburg on Saturday.

Antwi-Adjei fetched the opener for Paderborn in the 48th minute against the round of play.

German youth midfielder Abdelhamid Sabiri scored a late penalty to secure the three points for the visitors.

It was a refreshing result for the Blue and White lads after their last week’s 4-1 battering at home against Bayern Leverkusen.

Antwi-Adjei couldn’t help but congratulate his teammates after the game.

"I am incredibly proud of the team. It felt like we had a lot under control,” he said.

SC Paderborn remain 17th despite the win likewise Freiburg who maintain their 7th position.
