The 23-year-old signed the deal on Thursday after completing formalities.

And the club's sporting chief is Tor Kristian Karlsen is delighted with the capture of the Ghanaian.

"He comes with qualities that we lack, first and foremost speed, and he is good one against one. He is also one who can stab in the back room. He also has good physics, and is relatively target-sensitive," Karlsen told the club's website

"Slovenia is a country where the price level and wage levels are at a level that makes it an interesting market. We have therefore watched some players from there, and he was one who stood out. Through our contacts in Norway we also were informed that it was possible to get him."

The 23-year-old scored 12 league goals for Aluminij in the 2017-2018 season, and contributed greatly to the club avoiding relegation.

When he was a junior player, he played for Portuguese Paços de Ferreira before the trip back to Ghana and Rapid Acadamy. The last three seasons he has played in Slovenian football.
