Ghanaian giants Asante Kotoko are expected to seal a multi-million sponsorship deal with Interplast on Tuesday

, Ghanasoccernet understands.

The two parties have concluded negotiations to be one of the major financial backers of the Kumasi-based club.

Interplast , who are the producers of PVC Pipes, want to be associated with the two-time African champions who have arguably the biggest support base in Ghana.

The deal which was expected to be finalized on Thursday was postponed because board hairman K.K. Sarpong is out of the country  and will be sealed as soon as he arrives from abroad.

“Though the topics discussed are still classified, I can tell you that in percentage wise, we are almost 100% done and are now tightening the loose ends to finally sign the deal as soon as possible,” Kotoko public affairs manager Jarvis Peprah said.

“In all these, one thing that became clear was the fact that Interplast is resolved in their desire to partner the club for mutual benefit.”
