Fifa instructor Ben Koufie is highly impressed at the depth of knowledge displayed by the coaches aiming to take over the seven vacant national teams.

Koufie is part of the interviewing panel tasked to scrutinize and make recommendations of appointments for the 25-shortlisted applicants for the posts.

And after two-days of intense grilling, the ex Ghana FA boss is convinced they have a wide range of quality coaches to pick from.

“I have been very impressed by the response of the coaches, they have been very astute in answering questions and have displayed high sense intelligence of the game,” he told GHANAsoccernet.com.

“I am convinced that by the end of the process we will get the right people for the various national teams.”

The final batch of interviewees will take their turn on Friday after which the panel will make its recommendations to the Executive Committee to effect the appointments.
