Playing for Lille since 2017/18, Brazilian deep-lying midfielder Thiago Maia (22) might be on his way out, if French club succeed in bringing Renato Sanches in from Bayern Munich. To this end, according to L'Equipe, both Genoa and Sampdoria are keen on him, as a last-minute signing. Maia is currently on a deal with Les Dogues until June 2022.
