Roma midfielder Radja Nainggolan has claimed that the club’s latest defeat to rivals Juventus gives the side ‘less confidence’ heading into their upcoming matches but admits the side were punished for their  mistakes.

A late goal from Paulo Dybala in the 77th minute earned the Bianconeri their 11th consecutive win in the league while the Giallorossi have won just one match in their past nine outings.

“It could have been a draw but we conceded from our mistake. Until then Juve had only had one opportunity through Evra, but they didn’t do much else.

“We had a good defense. With these results we have less confidence and we must find the courage to play and maybe even add a bit more personality.

“The team is becoming more organised. We are improving, now we have to improve the attack and through that, we will only get better and gain more confidence. Right now the ranking shows that we are behind but we have to think race after

“Right now the ranking shows that we are behind but we have to think that the end of the season is far away and focus on winning the next game. There are still many big matches but it’s up to us to win the next.”
