German Bundesliga side Schalke 04 have ruled out the possibility of re-signing Ghanaian striker Bernard Tekpetey during the January transfer window, Ghanasoccernet understands.
Tekpetey joined Paderborn from Schalke 04 before the start of the season and has been in fine form in the Bundesliga II.
And according to reports, Schalke are looking to activate a buy-back clause installed in Bernard Tekpetey’s contract in order to bring him back to the club.
However, Ghanasoccernet can report that the Royal Blues are not interested in his services as they want him to continue developing.
The 21-year-old has scored seven goals in 17 appearances thus far.
