Wan-Bissaka making his mark

Manchester United midfielder Scott McTominay has been hugely impressed by the impact already made by summer signing Aaron Wan-Bissaka.

Twenty-one-year-old defender Wan-Bissaka joined the Red Devils on a five-year contract from Crystal Palace just under a month ago and has found his feet quickly with his new club.

He's another big player that's going to be a great addition to the squad.

In particular, he impressed on Saturday as United defeated Inter Milan 1-0 in the International Champions Cup in Singapore, being named as man of the match.

After that victory, McTominay told his club's official website: "We were watching on the side and it's absolutely ridiculous the way it looks like he's diving in, but he's so controlled in the way that he does it.

"He's another one who is learning every day from the coaching staff. It takes time to come to a new team and adapt but he’s settled in straightaway.

"He's just like one of the boys and it's nice to have him around as well. He's another big player that's going to be a great addition to the squad."

England Under-21 international Wan-Bissaka made his breakthrough last season, featuring in 35 Premier League matches for the Eagles.

Last season United finished in sixth place in the Premier League table, reached the last eight in the FA Cup and lost out to Barcelona in the quarter-finals of the Champions League.

The Red Devils are 11/10 to finish in the top four of the Premier League this season and 1/6 to end up in the top six, while they can be backed at 9/1 to lift the FA Cup.
